Senior Associate
Matthew is Senior associate for Somerston Capital. He is leading the business development in the UK alongside managing projects in hotels, opportunistic healthcare, residential and mixed use sectors. Matthew joined Somerston in 2015 and has over 6 years experience in development of commercial real estate.
Most notably he was responsible for the delivery of Hotel Indigo Bath and The Elder restaurant – a redevelopment project involving Grade I and II* listed properties, in the UNESCO world heritage site of Bath City Centre. He also played a key role in the delivery of Hotel Indigo Stratford-upon-Avon and The Woodsman restaurant, another prestigious Grade II* heritage project.
Matthew holds an MBA from the University College of Estate Management and a BSc in Architectural Technology and Management.
