Managing Director - Development
James is responsible for the land development side of the business with a particular focus on opportunistic healthcare, residential and mixed use opportunities. James joined Somerston in 2015, and has over 10 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector, having previously worked in both a Corporate and Investment role.
James holds a Bsc in Investment and Finance in Property from the University of Reading, and is MRICS accredited.
